not much , well that's my opinion! you get a different default camera view and if you are winning then the AI fling on a few subs to add to there attack. But from what I have seen there is no difference in gameplay ( eg passing through balls AI shots or anything else). Basically , you get a higher view of the pitch so you can see moves build up ( though not as good as the camera angles you got in previous Fifa games ..No zoom in or out ) and AI try to attack more if you are winning.
