Tom 24-11-2002, 07:45:AM it does.... but to be quite honest i dont think too much. I just leave all my players on general unless i feel they deperatly need something different. TROD. monkeyhappy 24-11-2002, 08:15:AM but youth could do with extra special training to make them better ;) Ebonix 26-11-2002, 09:21:AM I'm really the same as TROD i don't think it makes much of a difference no matter how you fiddle with it! I suppose it makes them slightly more skillful on variable skills such as finishing etc but there are attributes that won't change such as Work Rate, Determanation, Technique and stuff like that influence is another .::John::. 26-11-2002, 09:45:AM It doesn't make much difference to older players but with young ones good traing can make the difference between being good and world class Sir Calumn 30-11-2002, 10:24:AM Decent training improves ALL players no matter how old. It effects younger players a lot more than old, of course, but can improve anyone and is worth taking the time to 'get right'. JMY Ebonix 30-11-2002, 10:43:AM but of course you need a few coaches with decent stats such as Working with youngstars and Level of Discipline. This is for all of it to work |
