When making back ups of WE games. does rcc/ecc regen have to be applied to the bin file for you burn the image?
I forgot what the steps are to make the game work! Last time did anything with WE games was like more than half a year ago!
Also, I was wondering if rcc/ecc regen is only for being able to play jap games on u.s. ntsc consoles?
What basically is rcc/ecc regen for exactly anyway?
