I haven't read any statements from any games software company anywhere stating that No-CD patches are illegal so here is a link for one. This works.

I've used it because I get tired of having to switch my 2nd CD inbetween my laptop and desktop whenever I leave the house and it's a pain with FIFA 2003 always starting automaticalyl when you put the disk in.
Anybody with a warez copy already or not a legal copy can laready burn themselves copy of the 2nd CD so this isn't exactly encouraging warez. This is just for convenience for owners of the game.
