Having reviewed almost every football release of late, from the emergence of Uefa Striker to the continued excellent standard of play from FIFA and even challenges from the likes of Sony's This is Football, I definitely feel that once again, ISS has stolen the show. This is much more than simply an update and the inclusion of the management mode really will silence the chanting FIFA fans. So many delightful touches have been added to an already irresistable experience and when your through ball finally cuts open the opponent's defence, the sense of satisfaction is immense. The only faults to the game are the long running lack of an official licence and the way that players stumble when you want them to just stand tall. Player names can be changed anyway and the stumbling gives the gameplay an addictive edge that makes beating your marker really special every time it happens. I feel that this game deserves a place in every football game fan's collection and for me remains as the undisputed champ.

I think the fact this game includes only one league to play is a pretty big drawback.

I havent played either yet because both havent been released in Australia yet but if i didnt like ISS Pro will i like Evoulution????

i also saw a Demo of This is Soccer and it didnt look anything special.....
is the gameplay realistc unlike FIFA's????

I have just now tried a demo of ISS Pro (my mate works for a computer magazine), and I quite enjoyed it's realism. Also, it does not play at a breakneck speed such as FIFA 2000 when you play the AI. However, the latter game has better graphics and of course the FIFA licence means that we deal with 'real' players. I too was let down by the small number of teams in the demo (1 league only), so does anyone know if more teams will be available in the full version????? And is it possible to generate new teams and players so that we can insert our favourite teams in the game, as well as editing the fake player names?

My conlclusion so far: I'd prefer to play ISS Pro Evolution when I play against the AI, but prefer FIFA 2000 when I play against a human opponent

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHEN IS THIS GAME COMING OUT IN THE US AND CANADA....I'M GETTING SICK OF FIFA....

The demo didnt do the game any justice at all. TIF is much much much better in terms of gameplay than F2K
