So I decided to create Holland team by editing dev_all_data.mdb. I disabled all ID auto-numbering and assign number 1789 to the team. I assigned all players and kits to my new team, set team in international league, imported it to the game with CC, imported flags and kits with Raptors. All this works.

There's some problems:
I can't see teams logo (Holland flag) ingame in International team menu, though I imported Holland flag in "data\fearts\logos.fsh" with gfxpak.

I can't see Holland replica shirts when I choose home/away kit - just white empty fields. And that is in spite of the fact that I imported pictures into "data\fearts\kits\kits.abg"

Also when I play the game instead of Holland badges, logos and onfield pictures I see logos of Real Madrid (???)

And one more thing... I didn't find out how to appoint a captain for the team.
