I also have 4 DVD players and it is cool in the main lounge cuz we have surround sound and a flat screen TV it is really cool.

the extended version is amazing.
there's so much to see and explore.
I ahvent finished yet. I've watched 8 hours of the extras so far this last 3 days and I still have a lot to go.
plus the commentary tracks that are supose to be greta, specially the one with peter jackson and the producers\director

I own Apocalypse Now: Redux, T2, Once Were Warriors and The Dead Zone. My sister own Monsters Inc, Captain Corelli's Mandolin and Legally Blonde. Monsters Inc fully rocks BTW..;)

yeah, definately!!! 30 minutes of extra footage! worth every penny...

on a related note...have any of you seen the ratings for The Two Towers based on the sneak previews!??? They're already saying this is the greatest movie of all time and apparently the last hour of this movie is so amazing that it has to be seen...words don't do it justice! :o

even the trailer has ratings as the best trailer for a movie ever:rockman: :rockman: :rockman:

and I noticed that you can even go see the movie tonight at 11:59 in some theathers but thats too much for me

I'm gonna wait a few days or I'll never be able to get into the theatre unless I go like 6 hours before the show starts..

It's gonna be hard to wait though, there's so many things in this movie that I can't wait to see what they'll look like! I've read that the special effects used on Gollum, Shelob, and Treebeard are just breathtaking! :o

Yeah...AMC Theatres will be showing the "midnight show" at 12.01...people here in LA are just crazy to see it.

I coworker here went to that 12:01 show and she says that the movie is amazing. and everybody says its better than the first one which is hard to believe cause the first one is already one of the best movies ever. And it was the best of 2001 though the academy gave the award to A Beatifull Mind based on Russell Crowe's acting which was amazing and better, at least for me, than Denzel Washington's who received the oscar.

yeah, the extras are great. I havent finished the 2 appendices yet. its too much for just a day
