what exactly does this paragraph mean at the end of the read me file accompanying the creation center?

it just so happens that my pc just gets quiet while its thinking orsomething. i waited longer after i clicked "install" and the changes saved and now the game works great! sorry about the fuss.

there are a few versions of CC. Each version has different number of features, the FULL version is highly recommended

go to the Creation Center download page - http://www.fifafootball2003.ea.com/final_cc_2.htm - and download the full version (click complete_setup.exe) and install it
