When making 64 color kits what is it mean put the file back with FSH Sonique?

i mean u know that Tutorial on fifa2000.net that how to make 64 color kits, well the last step where it says "Put the file back with FSH sonique and you have u're fourth color on your kit"

i don't get what that means!!!

Go into FSH sonique and click on the kit
you were editing, then on the right side click
import BMP(i think thats how it's done, I've never done it myself) .
