Heard so many things about FIFA 2000. Many of you complained about how FIFA developed from the 99. My personal opinion, is yes, FIFA 99 is better than 2000. Reasons? Many of you have said about this (so many goals is one that I hated so much!)

Alternatively, you can try Winning Eleven 4 from KONAMI (Japan). I don't know if you can get it in US, but I like it SO MUCH!
It has the best real life replications soccer strategy that you can find in the game. Scoring needs a real tactical soccer mind (through pass is really killer features), and Shoot meter bar is an excellent touch for you who love to play real soccer. Have you ever found an empty goal, but kicked the ball up in the sky? It can actually happen in WE-4!
So now I left my FIFA 2000 CD and get stuck in WE-4 for hundred of hours....

well.. i kind of agree with u there..
but fifa 2000's graphic is far better than WE4 i think.
i'm pretty sure that the next fifa will be the greatest football gaming if they have the same strategical play as WE4.
hope that EA consider it a lot.
