What league would you guys rather play in fifa 2000 that Scottish league or the Brazilian league be honest and don't forget that we've got players like Rai, Romario, Zinho, Cesar Sampaio, Ronaldinho etc...?

I would rather play the scottish league.

BRAZIL! BRAZIL! BRAZIL! BRAZIL! Why have water when you can have champagne? Anyone who puts down Scotland better have a VERY good explanations. I want your reasons to range from club titles to players. I could list Brazilian club titles,but that would take up about 20 pages!! But if anybody REALLY wants to know,me and I'm sure Ronaldinho would be more than happy to list them for you! But of course that would just make the Scottish league look even worse!

I never said my league was the best it is the league I support it is my country football is the most popular sport in scotland and we love our teams.Thats one thing no one can take away from us our football.

and some of us in latin america really feel the game too... and we dont like the people to come and tell us that we suck

I'm sorry if I offended some of you.Now that I look at it I dont think they should get rid of the brazilian league.they should make two cd's to acomadate all the leagues in the game and all teir lower divisions.Even though I still say they should get rid of the MLS and put a better league in its place.

THANK YOU CELTIC. That was very mature of you. All I was trying to get across was that the Brazilian league is a good league. I know most of you over there in Europe probably dont have much info on the Brazilian clubs,so its understandable that you may be misled to thik Brazil is no good. But belive me,we are! As for DirkDiggler,I dont know what your problem is,there is no European team that would beat a 1st division Brazilian team by 5!( go see DirkDigglers stupid comment in the topic titled:Make room for lower divisions) I think that the BEST,and I mean BEST clubs from Europe would have the right to step on the same grass as Brazilian clubs,and we would have a good game on our hands. The victory could go to either side,European or Brazilian,the point is,Brazilian clubs would not get creamed,and it would be a good match,ending in a low score to one side or maybe a draw. The Man.U and Palmeiras game at the end of this year should be a good one! For all you Brazilian doubters,watch that game,then you can have your opinions.

I dont think they should remove the Brasil league to create other 2nd division leagues, instead they should remove the MLS and create them.
I would like to play both the brasilian and scottish leagues equally. As far as which league is better, that is purely a matter of opinion.

I don't understand some of you, guys. What do you mean that you'd like to play Scotish leagues even if you're not scotish? Are you really gonna play the Scotish league?

I used to play only English Premier and Serie A from Italy and used to replace other leagues whith whatever I wanted.

However, I dont think EA should cut off some leagues, they just should put some extras.

Whatever league u gonna play is a matter of preference. To be honest with you, I wouldn’t play neither Scottish nor Brazilian league. However, if I had to choose one of them, I d chose Scottish league only because as far as I can understand if u play it u have possibilities of going into Euro cups.

ummm...thats a good point, but we would also like to see some latin cups like the libertadores cup...and we could play the latin leagues and get to the cups too

I'd play the Scottish league but then I'm Scottish, i could say that they should remove something like the Swedish or Belgum league's but i'm sure that theres people out there that would complain. At the end of the day we should be talking about adding leagues not getting rid of them and personally I wouldn't mind another league from outside europe like Argentina or even the J. League.

Why cant EA stop being so European biased and but in cups from other parts of the world? If FIFA had cups from the Americas like Libertadores, Mercosul,and others,you Europeans would see just how exciting our football is. I can understand that with the Scottish league you can go on to play European cups, but damnit, if the stupid jerks at EA would just put in cups from other parts of the world,then you could do that with ANY league from around the world. Why not just call it "EUROPEAN FOOTBALL 2000" instead of FIFA,and save the room players and teams take up for other stuff. I'm Brazilian,and what I would most like to see is as many Brazilian teams and South American cups as possible. But if EA is just going to keep ignoring us like they have been,I say **** IT!!! I like both leagues, but i think that there's not any doubt about which league is better. Look, take all the brazilian players playing in europe and send them back to brazilian league, the same for scottish, take all their players and take em to scotland.

I don't think they would remove the
Swedish league becuase the game sell so much here and that's what counts. People in Sweden (like me) want to play Allsvenskan
but I understand if nobody outside Sweden plays our league, I wouldn't play the scottish etc either.

I think it would be great if EA would just put some great leagues in the main game (England Premiership, Bundesliga, Serie A, France, Brazil, MLS, etc.), and then sell expansion disks. I would gladly pay $10-$20 for a disk that had, say, EVERY team in Latin America, or all 4 divisions in England, or EVERY national team in the world (like FIFA 98).

I know a lot of you would rather get 'em for free, but it's important to remember that EA has to pay money to every team and league in order to include it in the game. I would gladly pay my share if I could get the leages I want.

Now I won't say a word about Brazilian football, because I know nothing about it, and I don't want Galo & co. to get in a state (we have to think about their blood-pressure). Anyway, why can't people seem to accept that we all want to play our national leagues i FIFA2000? Personally, as a Norwegian I'm delighted to see the inclusion of the Norwegian league (although I have few hopes for anything to be correct in it http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif). And I don't need somebody slagging me off for not wanting to play the Brazilian or Italian League instead. Let everyone decide for themselves, OK?

Hey man I live in Canada, and believe me south Americans are not the only ones who burn cds, a lot of my friends who are from Europe or even from Canada do the same thing...now be honest how much would rather pay for fifa 2000? $60 (canadian dollars) or $10, all you have to buy is a blank cd and rent the game...that's all, only geeks like you would say something stupid like that...Everyone burn cds nowdays!!....

I believe that the latin-america people are right, Fifa should be just as latin america based as European based. But you know, EA only thinks on ONE thing: MONEY!!! Perhaps people in Latin-america are more poor, and didn't have the money to buy the game. If they only could make diferent versions.. European version, latin-american version, perhaps a Asia version? And what do you guys think how mutch a version whould sell if the comentary is in you own language, and with all of your teams, and divisions!!! The only leauge that people play is for 95% the own one!!! If the could make it like windows, everybody in the own language. MS has teams in all the parts of the world. Perhaps EA is just as big in the future as MS ???
