What do you think is better??? I happen to think that ISS is 10 times better. It may not have all the leagues and licences, but the gameplay is the best and that is the most important aspect of a game. Anyone agree or disagree?

I agree that ISS have a better gameplay in some issues, but still have its failures (its almost impossible to score a goal from outside the box, there's just a pair of special dribbles, players and specially goalies fly like superman and a few more), and personally, I got tired of the graphics, I stopped playing the game before FIFA99(im still playing it, but only multiplayer or testing patches) and I bought it later than FIFA.
I would give this rankings:
FIFA99 gameplay- 9 graphics- 9.5 data- 9
ISS gameplay- 9.5 graphs- 8 data- 2(you dont even get the real names of the national teams and there is no leagues)

When it came out it ruled and it still has a quality about it, like you said, if they updated the games move's and added the leagues and options ala Fifa it would be the best. In Japan it has the J-league teams and I think konami are doing a MLS version but to beat Fifa it needs all the euorpean leagues as well.

Another thing to remember is ISS is only available on Console.
