On Fifa 99 I could dive and get penalties - how do I do this on Fifa 2000 (Playstation)
It's just about the only chance I'll have of beating my son!

Hehe, so your son's that good :-) !

It is much harder to save penalties in 2000 than in 99. In the in-game penalties, you don't have a chance as a rebound would be tapped in by the penalty-taker. In shoot-outs, staying rooted to your place helps as there is a high chance of a penalty toward the goalkeeper being blocked. If you have quick reflexes, keep pressing the "slide-tackle" button at a rapid pace and press an arrow key for the direction of the dive at the right time...and you just might make a save if you're lucky.

Thanks for your reply about the penalties, and yes he is that good. I have only managed to win one league with Fifa 97, 98, and '99 so I dont hold out my chances with 2,000. What I really wanted to know was how to dive in the box, in order to get a penalty. Any help appreciated.
