I just found this and my jaw dropped to floor when i read it here it is

A new hockey season has just started, and that's a cue for the next game in EA Sports' NHL series to hit the shelves. The NHL series has always delivered an unparalleled simulation of hockey on the platforms it's been released on, and each year's version is filled with roster updates and gameplay improvements, though little else. With that said, you're not crazy if you think NHL 2003 looks like last year's version at first glance. There are only a few improvements to help distinguish it from NHL 2002, but these changes further increase the realism of what is considered the best hockey simulation on the market.

Ok i have many problems with this

1.The rosters are f'kd up and only a few of the big trades are actually done, the rest are still outdated.

2.NHL 2003 is anything but a "Sim" it is an "Arcade" game.

3.In order to increase realism you have to have some realism in the first place which EA NHL hasn't had since the 90's

4.if you think having a puck stuck on your stick is unparalleled simulation you are smoking something serious.

Not to diss the game or people who like it,but the fact that they are insulting games like wayne gretzky hockey(pc) by calling 2003 a sim is just ludicrous.

maybe they should play real hockey sims before go out and make stupid comments like this.

I know what you mean....I swear EA pays these guys to give out good reviews. Same thing happens every year with the FIFA series

yeah i have to agree about the paying for good reviews,They are either paying or begging for good reviews.

I just read the FIFA 2003 review and it is even worse then the NHL review.

take a look at this

FIFA 2003 is an excellent game that will appeal to any soccer fan who prefers realism to the fast-paced, high-scoring style of other soccer games.

and this

FIFA 2003 for the PlayStation 2 is probably the most accurate representation of professional soccer to date

see anything wrong with this? I see plenty wrong with this.

News Flash:FIFA 2003 is in fact the most realistic sim out to date
