There is a great site with about 1600 football club logos from all around the world. All the logos are very high quality.

How to get access to English logos:

On the left side of the page under featured sections. Its called "user sign up". Fill it out and they will get back to you in a few days.

They had some problem with the English FA and were not allowed to have any Eglish logos for a while. Now they have that worked out but they make you sign up to make sure no one is going to use the English logos to violate the FA's copyright.
