I am having a problem with the framerate in FIFA 2003. Sometimes it will be perfect and then the next match it will be realy bad. Does anyone know why this would happen? i have a Celeron 600mhz, Kyro 64mb ram PCI 3D card and 192mb of SD ram. I am running the game with medium detail as it runs terribly with full detail.

Well when you play do you shut off firewalls and virus detectors??Make sure firewalls are shut off fully with windows XP ive read they come on there own but i dont know about this.Also play at the lowest resolution setting possible in game your card may be good but your comp may not.Try and put the setting on high but the res as low as it can go.
