We've all heard the old myths about the two countries.

The English are stuck up? NONSENSE

The Scots are mean? RUBBISH

There are however real diffences between the countries.

I'll start off with this one:

When the Scots go down to England they take Potato Scones, Irn-Bru, Plain Bread(a loaf that is purely baked rather then fried after baking) and square sausages!

When the English go up to Scotland they take mountain gear then go up the Scottish Mountains in January in a t-shirt and shorts.

A huge similarity, however, is that both of them wear kilts, except for the English.

so... inthe end there's only like 200 or so scots who actually wear kilts.

and how many of those don't wear anything underneath

Its too bloody cold to wear a kilt here anyway let alone go without underpants. Something else I have noticed is the humour in England is mostly about targets whereas the Scots tend to laugh at themselves more. How"They Think It's All Over" hasn't been up in front of the Race Relations Board is a miracle.
