the first and only one i played, sim city 2000 was pretty good. it was pretty good, but like most Sim games it gets boring rather quickly. in 2000, it was when i had covered the whole city with buildings and stuff and had to fill in water to build more. i hope that the new one hase a bit of a longer life ;).

SIM CITY 2000 rocked IMO, but i never played 3000, i wanna get 4, coz it looks like its actual 3d (like Warcraft 3) so i may get it, if it sucks i get 7 days to return it and swap it madden 2003 or TCM 2003

I played 2000 for awhile, never really got that far.

Simcity 3000 was good because you could put real life landmarks in a place.

It has gotten a bit to complexed over the last two games and cities have become incredibly hard to make succesful
I loved the older ones though (H)

Simcity 2000 is a classic way better then SC 3000 wich is TOO complicated at least for me.

In Simcity 2000 you could actually understand how the things happened in your city and find out how to solve the problems but in 3000 I had no idea of what the f*** was happening and why those MF were complaining about everything.

I hope Simcity 4 could be less complicated and more enjoyable.

BTW Simfarm was a great game. Had anyone tried it here? The people at Maxis (now EA) should do an updated version of this classic.

I'm a huge fan of the series! I played all its versions since the very first game. I am really looking forward to SC4, but I already know it won't work on my machine, goddamit.:f***:
I have to buy a new pc asap.

hristostoichkov, I played simfarm A LOT! It was one of my fave games ever! I miss those oranges' plantations... :shades:

lol those orange plantations were the best. Everytime I had then I ended up buying almost the hole lots available in the city letting only a few for commerce, airport and others.(H)

I especially like this pic http://simcity.ea.com/images/about/screens_big_10.jpg

First thing i am going to do is build a big city and put in 50 football stadiums :rockman:

I bought it today, but I need to get 128 MB RAM or higher for my Laptop. The upgrade is underway.

It looks fantastic, the installation was pretty impressive!
