I am in no way dissing Cashless work nor stating it is no good...

It is a very good work but I feel that for it to develop and achieve another level of quality constructive criticism will help a lot.

Ok, so now to what I think could be improved.

In the image below we see two screenies from adidas mania champagne, one from the left and one from the right.

Do you notice that on the one from the left, the three stripes show up on the outside of the left foot and on the inside of the right foot and on the one from the right there are no stripes showing on either foot?

The screenie was taken during the same game.

I also experience this flaw on every other mania boot.

There is a way to fix it. Get FifaKorea's Boot patch and put their boots in the Cashless boot folder, but I think that Cashless could fix it because his boots are much more realistic in except for that little flaw.

That thing about the Adidas logo is kind of tricky...You can't make it right in any way, cause of the stupid boot-model witch makes no sense...

If you chose to put the logo in the right corner of the bootmodel you will get logos on booth sides of course, but that's not right either...
Cause the inside of the boot got no logo, so you can't do it 100% Correct, the same thing goes for Boots like Nike Air Zoom Total 90 II, Reebok Baleni ect...

If you put to much black stripes on a boot like that, it won't look as white as it should from afar, and then it won't look ok either...
So everything is about the bootmodel from Ea...

So don't question me if you don't know about this things sucka !!

I have never been rude to anyone.

I did not say bad things about cashless work, I simply stated something I thought should be stated in order to be corrected if possible.

I don't understand anything about editing or modelling or things like that, I was just stating my opinion and what I thought could be improved.

Again, I never offended anyone.

I never said I didn't like it.

I wasn't advertising anything I was just talking about some other work which doesn't have that problem.

That was only constructive criticism, and that kind of criticism is always needed imo, if we don't have that, how do the people improve their work ? if everbybody says its perfect, they'll think it's perfect...

i also agree with the fact about the adidas stripes, i also use fifakorea's boots for the adidas ones because of that, but in general quality, cashless boot are great...i also understand the difficulty of adapting things to something you can't change, which is quite a pitty :confused:


And again about thos insulting lamers, it's your kind of people that should be banned, not those who make real constructive criticism, which is perfectly the case here :rolleyes:

That's the point, I don't think they are better or worse. They both have good and bad aspects.

I was making a comment that I thought could be usefull in a way that you could improve your work, I did not know that it couldn't be done.

The ones asking for a yellow card should be given a yellow card in my opinion, for flaming at absolutely nothing.

People are entitled to their own opinion, and the person gave a very polite opinion, not rude in anyway, which is good. Because when you make a patch, you HAVE to expect that not everyone likes your patch.

Although his criticisms are only due to his lack of knowledge in boot making (i.e. they cannot be improved due to the restraints put into the game by EA), they are perfectly valid points, saying that the boots are not entirely real, which they aren't.

It's just a point he made, and if you cannot allow other people to have their own opinions, then you should brand yourself to be a dictator.

I'm disappointed to see such lack of civism in a public and well-known forum like SG...

People is asked to give constructive critics and analisys... and Rafa did that, and he got FLAMED by 90% of the posts in the thread.

About some people being dictactors... not exactly that... but just being by the side of the Mods and famous people. It's just easier (at least that's what they think).

And don't come to me saying that I did just that... because I have my own opinion (which in this case is similar to Hercules, for instance).

If you ask me about a case like FIFA LOVE, which everyone says he's a fake (mods, famous ppl, etc). I think that everyone's innocent until a proof comes up saying the contrary.

INRI Mate uhhh the ADIDAS boots only have stripes in 1 side FIFA KOREA made their shoes based on thier Fifa 2002 ones which unfortunately duplicate the sides which leave 2 ADIDAS stripes, thats what i think your used to.

me too agree, nobody said something worng about his boots and nobody insult him,im frined of fredrik (cashless) and i think his boots are great but maybe to other people dont like his work, and? he tries to share his disconform with people but not to insult him or nothing like that

OK, I`m trying to cool things off here, I read somewhere that you can edit the boots to be un-mirrored using 3D editing with O-edit, try to search a thread that tells you how to make a face unmirrored, and there`s a guy posted the boots 3D o files name.

And somehow I feel that some of this forum members doesn`t have enough maturity of at least a 14 year old to differ an insult with an opinion.
