Hi guys, just wanted to know whether any of the kitmakers out there would like some ss taken of their kits (coz I know Silencer is overloaded:D ). I have a Geforce4 Ti 4200, set at 4x antialiasing and the game at high detail and 1024 x 768. Here are my sample ss, comment if u wish. That is ok, I would be delighted to take ss of your kits, it is just that I thought that Marcus would be able to do it on his own. Your mail is the one in your sig? Just send me a couple sets of kits at a time which are zipped because my hotmail inbox is small.

BTW which part of India are u from, I was born in Jamaica but both my parents are Indian (they were born in Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh) making my origin Indian:D .

Hey Breamster, I use 4x coz I dont what 4xs is like (I think the game smoothness would suffer). Can u enlighten me? I chose 4x because my card and comp can handle it in terms of the speed of Fifa. 2x is good for speed, 4x for quality and Quincunx is a combo of the 2 giving good compromise between the 2.

4XS is a new mode that delivers improved subpixel coverage, which in turn provides better texture quality. the 4XS mode delivers about 50% more subpixel coverage than the others.

i have tried to use it with my card, but fifa sometimes freezes. i dont use it no more, but i will go and try just 4x, see how it performs :)

What comp specs and graphics card do u have? I might try it if my specs are better than yours.

i can use the 4xS in other games, such as James Bond: Nightfire, but it seems fifa dont like it :(

How do i edit mine.

Ive just bought a new super computer, and altho the quality at the minute is supurb, i think it can still be improved.

it depends on wot card u got. i mean make that is, ie nvidia, etc.

these settings are generally found under "Display Settings" in the control panel, under "Advanced"

By the way my specs are ...

2.2 Ghz P4
1 gig DDR Ram
Geforce 4 MX 460 (not sure how good that is, but it seems good to me)
80 gb HDD

Anything the onmly option I get in the set up is for a tripple buffer or not :rolleyes:, I got it enabled, but are there like some advanced options somewhere else or sumin??

The GeForce4 MX 440 ( The graphics card that I have) is a good card and the FIFA 2003 runs at the maximum with a Pentium 4 2000 Mhz that I have too , the MX 460 is more faster than the MX 440 but a little . I think that is a good card , not the best but a good choice

You must ENABLE the 3 buffer , it is better than unsynched or the others options

in the fifa settings or Win XP setting, either way, where and how ??

Dont take SS of sunderland couse they are already done.I'll mailyou brazil kitpack with dortmund kitpack.

Breamster, I have tried 4xS and for some reason it is working even better than 4x (game is very, very fast instead of just fast). I can now increase my resolution to 1280x??? (I always forget). Are u sure that 4xS is better (in terms of quality than 4x?

BTW what have u got anistropic filtering set at it (it can go to 8x but mine is on 4x)?

yeah... 4xs is better because it displays more sub pixels on screen. meant to any way :)

my graphics got better when i used it, but it would often crash. due to fifa not supporting it properly.

my anisotropic filtering is disabled. its only used for opengl, whereas fifa runs in direct3d.

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knows what I am doing wrong taking ss. I take the screenshot and save it as 1024x768 and then I resize and I get jagged edges. Here is the 1024x768:

800x600. BTW i only have MGI photosuite which allows to edit images in nearly every way.

I think in your case you better stay with 1024x768, as you can see the letters under the ss get twisted with 800x600.

Silencer, after trying 4 diff programmes to resize pics, I have finally found one that does it without disorting the pic. The weapon of choice is "Microsoft Picture it!". Just to say thanks for your tips and advice, I hope to be as agood as u in the near future:D .

BTW you were right, the pics look soooo much better!

hey vazza, itd be great if u could try out some of mine. go to budges kit thread, and then to the last page, then the sunderland and liverpool kits. expecially sunderland coz i think it needs work plz
