I think game improved. I guess EA listened some the suggestions. They slowered the pace of the game. At least there is a option for a slower style of play.
One thing still drives me crazy is the tackling on this game. I remember there was a bug on NBA Live 98 on fouling. EA came out with a patch so fast.

In Euro2k cpu will slide tackle with two players from behind. Most of the time NO FOUL is given. Why this is so hard for EA to implement the rules correctly. I don't understand.
