I recently purchased fifa 99 PC second hand, unfortunately without a manual, does anyone know what the keys are for skill on the ball and curling free kicks and corners??

CTRL and ALT
(combine those keys with normal keys for skill moves)

mi|_|_er... got to http://www.fifa99.net/ and click on the 'controls' selection on the left menu.

This gives you a lineup of all the moves using the keyboard.
