I bought a player from Arsenal for 500k at 19yrs old. R/C midfielder. Im certain he was like the next Beckham. Passing, Creativity, Long shots and Free kicks were all 20. He averaged over 15 assists each season.

I was having troubles with my team, which was Wrexham. Out of the blue teams like Barcalona and Valencia made bids of £39 million for my star player, who was now 26yrs old. Wrexham dont have alot of money so i asked for the max of £100 million. This was intented though to scare off interest but to my surprise the bid was made.

I had to Except.

i sold Tim Cahill on for 15m, 10m normally, then 5m after 10 international caps... i then saw he has retired from international football... and he'd been at my team for 4yrs.... well, not on that game, but on others... I did not carry on with that game.

its alot harder selling players who arent real. Players like Cocu go for alot at the start of the game.

im in season 24/25 now. I sold sum1 called Vincent Robles for £35m. other star players i've had that have been bid for get given up on if i go over £25m.

Difference is i bought Robles for £14m for Zaragoza. so i expected a big fee for him, but blackwell was a youth at arsenal who was only worth 160k.

Its very rare you find a youth player from UK who u can sell on for over £20m, but £100m

mine was wen i was real in the 04/05 season i think , it was aghahowa for £98, roma bought him, they offerd like 20m 1st an i said it was unacceptable then their bid kept gettin higher and i stopped rejecting at 98m coz i thought i'd lose it, in the same transfer window they bought luliano for 13m from me too!

yeah but i was playing so well, I didnt want to alter the line up, i didnt change it in about 15 games, i was unstoppable. However much money doesnt neccasary bring 20+ games unbeaten.

It's not a questionable picture at all. My brother sold Beckham for 80m, first season. He's not too big compared to other players, and Real would pay more for him.

I usually wouldnt sell a big name player in the middle of the season as it would disrupt the team but if i recieved an offer over £50MILLION(he,he,he now it says million) and i didnt have much money at that moment i probably would sell.

I normally ask for 20m up front, then say 100m after 1 cap.

Shevchenko relies heavily upon the players around him.

One season, he could hit 50 goals in 40 games. The following season 20 in 40 games.

There again, I try not to buy the same player on CM more than twice.

Yeah Shevchenko is one of my fave players in real life but he just wasnt performing and i had no money at all.

saviola is good on champ, and is easy to buy i got him for 20mil.

I have just started a game with Salamanca. I don't have lotta time though, so I can't play more than 2 hours per day. A player like saviola is waaaay to much for Salamanca. I will first have to avoid relegation. This is what the boss said. But I am leading the division 2 in the first 5 games, but the team doesn't have more than 16 players :( I managed to sign M'Boma on a free transfer. I will keep ya updated from the screenshot showoff thread :)
