i've been playing fifa2003 with not a prob and then suddenly after making some changes to update the epl roster using access..i suddenly find myself crashing to desktop whenever i go to the formation/free kick taker screen...but i didnt have any prob with all the teams i made changes to....

anyone experienced this weird phenomenon? any ideas?

you probably made a mistake in the link_pt table (it contains player positions and kick takers settings)

u mean..if i gave a player a position that is not according to formation? like right wing midfield...but the team is playing 4-4-2 normal? could that be factor?

try to correct all the settings (including KTO)

still stumps me...i only changed the KTO for LFC and i followed the values as in the access tutorial,further more when i go to my formation settings during a game, the KTO is as what i wanted them to be...

ok..if i transferred a player to another team without replacing his place in his former side with another player, will it screw the values around too?

have u recently installed menu raptor, because this crashed my game. u could see the lineup fine, but as soon as u hit the arrow button to go to the formation screen, it would crash back to windows. this occured after installing menu raptor.

i had to reinstall fifa again :(

breamster..i think u hit the nail on the head...i juz installed menu raptor...shucks..i dun fancy doing a reinstall at all....any escape routes out of that one?

That happened with my game after i did that and I decided to download the latest drivers for my graphics card and it started workin fine again. If the menu raptor thing dont work of course!

u had the same prob after u did wat exactly?
i 'm not sure i see exactly how the graphics card or new drivers come in the overall picture...could u elaborate?

yes it's menu raptor and from what i've heard u need to replace one file from the cd, which is the bgdt.bly file in the data\feart\common folder.. i guess we will need to wait for ariel to release a fix as hakeem already told ariel abt this..

yeah thx yim..i checked the menurptr readme and saw the file so i copied it again frm the cd...i'm sure ariel has been alerted abt dis...
