Is it possible if I the Belgian league with the 2 federal
league from Germany overwrote, the top 3 teams from 2 federal League from Germany will gain promotion into the 1.Bundesliga ?
Which file is necessarily for it, it probably with HEX Edit made.
Maybe we edit the fcdb.dbi or does this stored in the Fifa.exe

he was trying to say whether u could overwrite a league in the game and replace it with a 2nd division league.. And whether he could integrate this created league to a present league so that teams could be relegated and promoted between the two leagues..

The closest you can get is possibly change the Champions League into Bundesliga, and then the original Bundesliga into 2.Bundesliga. Then you can have teams qualifying from 2.Bundesliga into Bundesliga (just like qualifying for CL). But all in all, very very very complicated, and it won't work very well, and there are a lot of complications, such as fixture lists and everything. i.e. Not worth the effort.

Some 2nd div teams are in the rest of the world section, if a team will be promoted fifa takes them from there at random. So what you want is very difficult to do, I won't say impossible, but nearly impossible.

Yes from Belgian Lagues are 2 Teams in the Selection i overwrite them and now they are prometed in the 2.Bundesliga. I think their is not a big Deal, we must find the string with HEX Edit that the Teams of the Belgian Lague(2.Bundesliga) prometed in the German Bundesliga. But i donīt know where this are located. But itīs possibel, because if you play a complete season their are 3 teams prometed in the German Bundesliga at th End.

But I don't think you are seeing the source of the whole problem.

The whole problem lies in the fact that the promoted teams are taken from a group of teams which consists of 2nd division German teams. Somehow, you have to change the link from this group to the group where the Belgium league is in, which is really really difficult. Secondly, it will only draw teams from RANDOM from the league, and not according to the league standings.

0400 0000 2201 0000 E500 E600 9D02 E700 9E02 A002 A102 A202 A302 EF00 A502 F801 AE02 A802 E800 A902 A602 D306

In the beginning of fcdb.dbi you see this, 0400 = ID of the Belgian league, E500 is the first team and D306 is the last Belgian team.

0500 0000 4210 0000 4902 D406 F101 D606

That you see a little furter. That's the Belgian second division. 0500 = ID of the Belgian second league. 4902, D406, F101 and D606 are the four Belgian second division teams.

All competitions are the same, you can add teams after D606 to increase the number of teams in the second division. BUT if you add teams, you need to change the number "4210". Does anybody know what 4210 means?

But how does this solve the problem?

I thought the problem was that you want teams from the Belgium First Division to promote to the German Bundesliga?

What that does is simply change the teams that promote into the Belgium League.

No problemo ;)

The number between the league ID and team ID's can be:
- the number of teams (but don't think so because German and Italian league have an other number)
- a value that indicates wich parts of the DBI's FIFA 2003 needs to "read"

And sorry for my poor English...

Yes, I know, but this is what he can do:
- Replace the Belgian League by 2. Bundesliga
- Add some teams of the German third division and German first division to the Belgian second division
- Add all German second division teams to German second division.

So you have:
- A 1. Bundesliga where all 2. Bundesliga teams can promote to.
- APART, a 2. Bundesliga where the selected teams (in the DBI's) can promote or relegate to...

Again, sorry for my very poor English!

So how can you make the TOP 3 teams of Belgium League promote into the German League? FIFA will just pick the teams randomly and not the TOP 3 teams. And you will probably say put only the top 3 teams into the German 2nd Division Group. But how do you know which 3 teams are going to end the season as top before actually playing one season. All this is very nice, but it doesn't achieve the EXACT purpose of what he wants.

The 2.Bundesliga will still be a separate league to the 1.Bundesliga, all you can make is 2 instances of the 2.Bundesliga. One as the Belgium League, and one remains as the German Lower Division. i.e. teams drawn out as random for promotion.

I know, I'm sorry. But I didn't say it is THE solution, it's A solution ;)
