my windows got wrong a few days ago . so i just reinstall windows yesterday .
and i also deleted all the files about fifa2003 & cc & ***raptor .
then i install fifa2003 first , and cc , and ***raptor ...
but when i finish the job , i found that i couldn't use cc or ***raptor at all .:(
and these error messages didn't appear on my pc before .
now i show these error messages and tell me what's wrong with my fifa game please , my friend !
first , when i double click the cc icon on desktop , then the message appears .

and second , after my opening face raptor 2 (it could be opened ) , i started to browse the texture files , and when i open the first hair texture file , the error message appeared !
did you meet this thing before ? and please tell me what's wrong !?

You got Windows 95?
Try this. Right click on the exe file to the program and run it on Windows 95.

I don't know about the Raptor problem, but as far as the Creation Center error goes, you probably should run "mdac_typ.exe", which should be in the same folder with the CC installer. I was having the same problem on my system (Windows 98SE), but after I installed mdac_typ, the problem went away.
The runtime 430 error is because CC can't access the dev_all_data.mdb file properly, and mdac_typ.exe installs the Microsoft Data Access Components on the system. I don't know if the non-English verisons of CC come with that app, but you can probably download it from Microsoft if you have to.

and the third bad thing is :
when i click the "faces data base" icon in the FR2 , it appears the error message again . and when i open the boot raptor , i will meet the same error , and i can't open boot raptor at all .:(
so what's wrong with my "data base" ?!

did you installed all your visual runtimes, etc..??:rolleyes:
did u made a clean Install of win 98 ?
and u said u "deleted" cc not uninstall?
also try first install cc and then fifa.
Also does this has anything to do with the win crash?
a virus or something ??other programs work ok???
just speculations!!
Also check the backround programs
some antivirus or virus can cause run time errors
