hi.can anyone tell me where I can find good boots 4 my fifa 02 game???And is there any chance of converting those 49 boots from fifa 2003 for fifa 2002(I'm talking about boot raptor 4 fifa 2003)

Don't know about the conversion of the 2003 boots to 2002...but there are a ton of great boots patches. The best place to start would be the Soccergaiming Download Center. I also get a lot from FIFA-Korea...a really cool site. You have to register to download...but I give them a fake name and address and such.
Try www.fifakorea.net. It's a good site. There are two or three very recent boot patches in there right now. I downloaded one last night. Have fun, and let me know if I can be of any more help.
