First off, FIFA 2003 was way too easy. I am now at the point where I can beat Real Madrid 8-0 with Beitar Jerusalem, this should not be possible. I suggest inserting difficulty settings along the lines of Sega's sports titles. For example, you can customize the settings (If you are really good at attacking, you can increase the defense level of the opponent and vica-versa). Also, after you master the game, you can put all the difficulty setings to 100%, making the game challenging.

Now, to the player attributes. EA, this was your biggest error in FIFA 2003. Where to start... How about Matteo Brighi. 97?!!!?!?!? That's the best player in the game? That means he's better than players like: Figo, Zidane, Beckham, Raul etc etc! Also, you rated Edgar from Malaga 90. Ok thats better than Beckham, Zidane, Rui Costa, Simão, Morientes and so on. Do you know where Edgar is playing now? SECOND DIVISION SPAIN! Be consistent with your ratings. Also, you really do need to spend more time on the 'Rest of the World' teams. I will use Benfica as an example. First off, Simão rated 81? Are you kidding me? This guy is an unbelievable player, one of the best Left Wingers in the world and you rate him 81? The commentator has a comment on Simão and this is what it is: "This lad is fast in fact he's like lightnin, it's a real shame he injured himself before the 2002 World Cup" and you put his fitness and speed to 8? Honest rating for Simão: at least 87. Also where's Roger, Petit (He's on the Portugal team in FIFA 2003 and he was rated correctly, 74  ) and Helder, three critical players of our squad. You guys also contradict yourselves with Zahovic when the commentator says "He's Slovenia's greates player and he's certainly showing it today" meanwhile there's a player on the Slovenia squad that's rated better than him. Zahovic deserves a higher rating than 80  I also strongly agree with this persons opinion (http://soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?threadid=61588)

Now gameplay. I like the gameplay in FIFA 2003, but there are some things that would really help out the game. The freestyle control is cool, but it is sometimes annoying and hard to actually deke the defender out. I think the 'crossover' button from WC 2002 should be added back into the game. Overall, just make the game more realistic!

Oh yeah one other thing.... INCLUDE CREATION CENTRE!

Other than that, the FIFA series is awesome :)

Eh? I think there were bigger problems in FIFA 2003 than the player attributes dude!

Try the freaking non-existent headers without another player in homosexual proximity to your player for a start!!!!!

Listen, the stats on the game dont mean a thing,t they need more stats and make them meaningful, and dont make the players all the same. In terms of difficulty levels, they should make it like this

ameteur: rubbish movement 20/100
low pressing of player 20/100
positioning 20/100

semi pro: movement 40/100 of player potential for comp
pressing 40/100
positioning 40/100

and so on

all the other stats should stay same.
