Yeah.
Thats true. I made 2GF for Fifa 2003. After you can make HIGH QUALITY faces!
I used Neovico's Advanced Textures for 2002. Really great texture from neovico. Now..

Hey...
I don't really think we can call this 2GF...
I mean, 2GF or NEOGF, means something more 'advanced' and based on the shapes-thing...
This is just enlarging the texture... if you want you can call it Advanced Textures (AT), but I don't really find the sense about calling this 2GF...
If you find out, how to edit the 3D Files in Rhino or something like that, could be called 2GF.. but enlarging the texture is NOT a big deal at all..

I think this face texture increasing of the quality in the game...
and maybe its like bolzer's hq adboards.

To proof that, you should make this:
Import a texture of a face but with the old size, then in DRC take a screenshot of it.
After that, import to the same face a texture with the new size, then in DRC in the same view as before, take the same screenshot, then we'll see both and compare.. :)

as FEDE said, this wont make too much better quality of the faces as the pics are reduced to normal size anyway so this does not qualifies as 2GFs. sorry :(

and for what I've seen and heard (?), Bolzer's adboards is the same as here, it's only bigger images, like using the CC sized kits but at the end in the game will all have the same quality.
for what people told me he didnt make bigger increased the size of the 3D files (.o)

Wolf, I've tested your adboards, they don't work in the game sorry, the adboards are all red and in one line, I couldn't see any text or smth on them!

I thought about the same thing with Bolzer Mikes adboards, that they will be resized to the same as the original and the same with yours wolf, anyways i think that if you allowed for a bigger texture intake then yes as fede said it could be called 2GT, second generation textures:)

Yes Wolf, I agree with Fede Debla, I think thi shuoldn't be called next generation, because it only a bit sharper, not more enhanced shapes or something like that =last year's neogf and 2gf!

Try something to make the shapes and textures more enhanced...

Did anybody know if itīs possible to make a bigger back from the kits??? but ONLY a bigger Back from the kit because its tooooo small ;)

and those adboards do look really much better than the normal ones so maybe did edited 3d files.

Bolzer didn't edited 3d files. So hqs adboards looking great in the game. The same, the faces, kits and others maybe looking better in the game..

How much time do you need to finish a face texture in this format, and take a screenshot ingame to show us if they have more quality or not??
Other bad things about this size in the textures is that, to make a face texture that big, you need big photos, and is very.. VERY hard to find photos of that size to make the texture... :p

Maybe someone with a powerful graphics card took the shot, but i can understand larger adboards, but there is no reason for having larger textures of faces. Like fede said its hard enough finding pictures to make the faces, and resizing these pictures will reduce the qualities. The only thing i would find these useful is if you use a brush to do the textures like miguelito or I sometimes do. But very few people do that, so i do not see the advantages of these textures.:)

Bolzer just showed that his HQ adboards are absolutely brilliant, he did great job! I only hope someone could find a way how to make HQ kits, the original files don't allow us to make kits with high resolution :(
