I have something like 350 ram, and 1300 mhz, and a 16 mb graphic card, but fifa 2003 still runs choppy and the graphics look horrible. Does anyone kno whats wrong?

Your graphics card is wrong

Partly due to Fifa (a lot of people have had the chopiness problem but I haven't) but also due to your graphics card. When I upgraded from GF2 to a GF4 Ti4200, the difference was clear. 16MB is nothing these days, so I would say get a new card.
