I'm looking for a manager game that alowes me to buy players from small countries like Uruguay, New Zeland, ect. I have PCFutbol 7.0 but I what another one, I was hoping you guys would help me out.

get championship manager 99/00, or championship manager 3(98/99 season)...i sure it has players from those countries

Yes he is right, FAPM 99-00 is a great game with players from many countries. It does not have players from the brazilian and portuguese leagues which is a dissapointment, but it does have Uruguay and New Zealand. However, most of these players are underated. For instance I have only seen one player in the Mexican League with a skill leverl over 60. I have failed to find any players with at least this skill level in either the Uruguayan of New Zealand Leagues.
