After editing all the teams call names, there chants all sound the same. I have the crowd set at home & away, does this matter or what? This is club teams by the way. Is there anyway to fix this?

I think you need to unlock the chants. I don't know this because i've been playing with English patched versions of Japanese winning eleven 6 and FE, which chants is already unlocked.

Maybe somebody like 'the_man' can help you.

Hi,

You have to win the Konami Cup and then the chants will be unlocked. I play with Derby that way I hear both of the teams chants.

Different game but I've never heard any crowd chants on PES2. Is there any? I've won the Konami cup with club teams which unlocked the 'real' commentary names, do you need to win it with International teams for the chants?

monkee, PES2 is almost the same game with WE6I. I'm sure the chants part will not be changed.

I haven't heard any different chants in WE6I either. I know about unlocking them and all but there just might not be the chants in there.

I've unlocked the real club names by winning the Konami Cup but I still don't have any chants. What do I have to do to get the chants?

first of all:
you can win Konami Cup on any Level with Clubs to unlock the Callnames and chants.

To assign the correct chants to the teams, you will need to go to the EDIT mode and edit the Callname of the CLUB teams.
The callname is one of the editable fields at the bottom.
Only change the callname to the correct teams.
I think the default will have Man Utd as Aragon... you will need to change it to Manchester, so on for all the club teams.

To hear the chants, you must play with the Supporters set to DERBY mode. You can find this in the pre-game options for friendlies. In ML, Cups, you will find this option when you select the options before starting the tournament.

This will enable the chants plus the callnames.
But beware that in WE6I, WE6FE, PES2 the chants are not that great. They have toned it down a lot.
If you are using WE6FE, you can get the Solidus v4.0 patch which has the best chants.

Thanks. that would explain why they aren't that great since I am playing we6i. Btw, one more question. Does it matter when you change the call names if you only change for that one option or do you need to change it for all tem data. I changed for all team data just to be sure but I was wondering if that makes a differnce. Thanks.

I have not found a way to do it but I will check and see if I can find anything. Somehow. I don't think you can.
