The top downloads are a matter of opinion. The only way you could find out is by downloading them yourself. A quick note, the best patches are the ones who have their own sites and the ones that are promoted.

The MLS2000 patch had the first ESPN graphics patch made available when it was released on March 13. You can't dopwnload it seperately, you need to download the patch which is 6 Megs, but it's worth the wait.
