Its out in april and this is the best pic I can get of it for you - I have only seen previews but what I know is that the inside is a leisure top - possibly navy in colour, and no numbers are on the fron, but somewhere the world cup winners 66' badge is on it aswell. I have also seen pics of the chelsea home kit which is also by umbro.

If anyoje wants to make a better version for this for fifa2003, or send me a good texture so that I can I would be grateful

Sorry, but I use Photoshop 7, I don't like Paint Shop Pro... although the beta of the latest version (8) attracted me, because the interface is more intuitive and user-friendly, and it's a mix of Photoshop, Fireworks and Ulead PhotoImpact (I've tried almost all the Graphics Deisgn programs :))
But, let's see then the final version of the Paint Shop Pro 8 comes out, maybe I'll move to PSP... ;)

Can you make the other side of the kit and the goalie kit too???

There are a few minor things that have been missed from the england kits above. The red stripe is viewable from the back on the shirt and there is a red stripe down either the side of the shorts.

This was the best view of the short i could find.

And this shows the reversible side of the kit.
