Some guys post direct links to our WL patch before we have a hosting to place them. We ask you not to download again this kind of stuff. First, Luckly this was the final version but you may have downloaded a version that may have destroy your FIFA. So be careful about people like this one who wants to be "hero" for a second. Second those of you who download it we ask you not to give it to your friends or upload it to your sites. That will make our 2 month work worthless and force Socceraccess to close.
Third we need your visits at Socceraccess to stay alive. Now we are down and I´m working hard to find a decent host. We please ask you to hold the World League. Those of you who have the patch please enjoy but do not give it to anyone. It´s our only hope to continue giving you the best.

Please when people like this post news telling you about the secret location of a patch do not go for it until the website staff tells you that the patch is up. It will benefit both you and the website.

You can't wait for the things, I remember when FIFA 2003 wasn't out and you wanted the demo NOW NOW NOW!, now it's the same with the World League.

I myself (and many other people) worked on this patch very hard, and I don't HAVE IT, so I don't understand why you that didn't do anything for it, must have it without wait any longer.

And finally, you Wolf... are not in the FIFA Express Staff anymore, as you don't seem to help SA, you just want to be the hero.

It seems that you are new in this forum , Ariel worked on this project for 2 months , Se mato haciendolo , and he wants to put in his webpage with all of his work , and the people are stealing his job , because the people can´t wait 1 day or 1 hour :(

So no patch huh? All of this happened while I was at school so I missed it all. So let me get this straight. The patch was put on a server but not full released. Some peeps got the link and directly downloaded it. But it wasn't suppose 2 be fully released. So now everything has been put back??? All I want to ask is why though? Are there tech issues? Or probs? Or is it some type of punishment?? I missed all the talk!:nape: :)

yeah!!! the patch was on serever and i think ferdy or someone put directly link, and some of us downloaded it INCLUDING ME!!!as i deal with fede i can ' t talk about patch, but it is AWESOME!:mrpimp: i have it, it have completley new cameras and gameplay!

Its only a very small few ppl guys who don't appreciate Ariel's work. Don't let a few idiots ruin it for the 1000's of ppl who will appreciate and love the World League.

Best way to stop the arguement, is to release the patch as soon as your site is back up and running. All the big sites will link to Soccer Access so you'll get plenty of hits.

Good call, releasing a patch of this magnitude will no doubtably work well with a relaunch of the site.

I remember when I was also a newbie . . . Asking around for stupid questions ( still does sometimes ), but some newbie nowadays just love to come here just to insult or flame people. Since the only people who would orfginally have the patch or link would soccerxs staff, I should say its pretty obvious that for anyone to have a link to give out in the first place means that one of them must have given it to him.

filefront is a public server, which means anyone can search for the patch and download it..
just in case why u wonder why they put it up on filefront.. coz' soccerxs do not have the money to buy a large server to contain their files in.. and filefront is one of the few servers which allows unlimited space.. try browsing filefront, u'll know what i mean..

Hmmm, so socceracces are still to blame for telling people it was there?

Or if it was so easy to find that someone could just guess where it was then really what can they expect?

You go sticking it up in a public place for all the world to see, what did they expect?

but the problem is when people found the link, they show it off to everyone.. the soccerxs ain't piss if those few people kept the links to themselves, but the problem now is they are telling everyone it is released at filefront.. Thus encouraging'em to download thru' the direct link, not thru' soccerxs

Moreover, this type of things happened last year, and veterans in these forums had urged the community to keep these links to themselves.. And luckily it was a final patch, if it was a beta patch and was stored there b'coz there's no other webspace, everybody would be complaining to soccerxs about this and about that..

Sure they lost a few clicks, but its noit that bad.

The website should be publicised within the patch anyways. So when people want info or check for updates ect they will still use the site.
I really don't see it as such a huge issue, certainly not something they can't just shrug off and get on with.

Holding the patch back in protest is being petty about it. Whats done is done, like I said live and learn. Punishing alll those poeple who didn't d/l it isn't the best way of saying they are upset.

I am sure they put lots of work and effort into this but FFS. The more people that have the file the more people will talk about it and reccomend it and inveitably the more people will go to their site.
I am sure all the fifa sites will announce it or review it or whatever so all the same they are still going to get the site traffic that way anyways.

yea but owing to the fact that their servers are ****ing unstable and unpredictable their website was again down when the patch was up.. if they had more clicks, they probably will have a better server, and these website failures will decrease..

This subject is just going back and forward with people blaming each other. Its becoming far too repeatitive so I'm closing it. The Soccer Access guys will post news when the patch is officially released.

Until then, just be patient and stop talking about "whose fault it was" cos no one cares. I've played the WL patch, it is a truely magnificent piece of work, and Ariel and his team deserve all the praise they can get. Once it is released, you'll all understand what I mean. Until then, no more talking about dl links etc.
