Yeah...I really love that we can choose our own name of our team...and it is fun to see all teamnames! :)

So...why did you choose your teamname?

As I love bluesmusic (and I mean good old blues here - Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Boy Williamson, BB King, Elmore James - and not Gary Moore...my teamname was easy too choose...Blues Team :)

What is the story about your teamname?

I think my name was simply the very first that popped up in my head. It stuck though. :-)

My teamname, Gonzo.nu, is also the name on my own domain www.gonzo.nu

Had that domain for ages before I knewed what I should do with it.

I like the muppet Gonzo alot, thats why :)

I was looking for a team name, and someone proposed AS Amplitudo, it means "Great" in Latin, or great to some extent - it means some other words too, and it sounded good, so i took it :)

The Mount = my street name and it was the best I could come up with at the time and it stuck. I don't think I'll ever change it now.

Radek I'm interested to know where your old name Lindy Bulldogs came from

I think Radek said it once, that every team in his province or something has the name lindy bulldogs...or something similar to that, correct me if I'm wrong Radek.

My name came from a local top league (not long though). I'm not original I know.

Well, Lindy is short for Lindenhurst which is the town where i live and bulldogs is the name that all the teams from my town have.

I choose Serano FC because my username was serano.

FC Vienna Vikings was choosen becuase I play football in an international club in Vienna, Austria called Blue Danube FC.

I live in both Stockholm & Vienna and I choose Vienna as my team..

Well, I was just sick of having a normal name on my team. Dvärgar På Skateboards (or Midgets/Dwarfs on Skateboards in english) isn't normal is it?

I chose Pontefract City because....well....it was the first thing that came into my head....or maybe it's because I ain't imagintive....and maybe because I was too lazy to think of a team-name so I just kept the same one. I love my team-name though!

I choose my teamname because my first name is Ola and my surname starts with Ber. I ended the name with an o = OlaBero
"IK" comes from the team I played soccer in, Listerby IK.
IK = IdrottsKlubb (Athletics Club).

OlaBero have I used for a long time when typing my highscores (played Amiga a long time ago)

OlaBero also sounds like Joe Labero. He is a famous Swedish magician. Thats why I also call my team "BollTrollarna" (the BallWizards).

i chosse my team name because i played in the team in real life.And they closed it down in 1999 so wanted to have the name as a memory of the team.

I support Wisla Krakow so it ws my first teamname but since i've noticed there are too many Wislas in the game i've changed it to White StarZ - White Star is a Wisla's nickname like MUs Red Devils and Z at the end means plural since there are many white stars in my team :P End of Story :D

and because Wolverhampton Wanderers was the 1st team i picked when i first started playing football manager games...that would be years ago...with an A500 and CM1 :)

in my school, every class had their own soccer teams. i created a soccer team with my friend when i was in 6th grade. the team name was Torpedo Club. i played in that club until i was in 8th grade and then transfered to a different school. I still remember my little Torpedo Club. thats why i named my team Torpedo FC.

My team name is Chelmsford City in Italian. I lived in Chelmsford when I started playing MZ, and it was either that or Gunners AFC, but somehow I thought there would be more Arsenal fans than one of the local sides so I went for Chelmsford.
