if you ask me i think we can expect a pretty good game in FIFA 2004, i mean they made some radical changes going from FIFA 2002 to 2003, including ball control and what not. They probably ended up not being able to polish FIFA2003 to what they would of liked by the production deadline.

I believe they have a year to get a few things straight as for what they want to do in terms of gameplay. Who knows, maybe FIFA2004 could be some good competition for the other games on the market.
