With the completion of BM's fifa coach, the game has potential to totally change. I know that there have been many posts requesting sameer, gante and breamster to work together for new patches, however i have a few suggestions and i can't help posting my views, expectations and hopes for one possibility of a great new patch which could use the tools created by all of u:
- Work on fifacoach formations. Maybe u guys or other contributors could start creating gameplays in fifacoach. Imagine this...Henry drifting down the left in games yet finds space in penalty box to score...ljungberg and pires cutting in to penalty box to score...players like keane, davids, gerrard and viera becoming players who are 'all over the place' by customising their positions based on where the ball is...., beckham keeping out on the right to deliver crosses yet comes infield when play is concentrated in midfield....carlos and his overlapping runs and shots, rudd v nist holding up the ball waiting for support.... , inzaghi and his 'playing off the shoulder' and getting caught offside often...Serie A teams playing with extremely tight defensively.....these examples would make the game totally realistic. one question though....BM, in fifacoach, can we create gameplays only for the user, or can tactics be customised for computer controlled teams as well....?? if yes, then what i've said above can come true....if people make gameplays/formations, we could just download it into the game for a brand new computer AI..
- Sameer to correct NRGP....players don't always shoot when in box, gameplay too fast and too much long range shooting.... otherwise it would be great..Gante to include some of the good things in his patch with sameers...
- Breamsters AI.... players like henry sprints dribble a lot, zidane loads of skill moves, beckham with lots of long range/cross field passes....veron, bergkamp, totti, aimars vision, robbie savages, keanes, vieras agression....its amazing....
Imagine all this in one downloadable file....one great gameplay patch that will make fifa 03 still enjoyable to play even after months...i hope the four of you and maybe others can contribute to making the game to play like the above...lots of work need to be done to create gameplays in fifacoach....but, heres hoping....
Since we have contact with EA sports on this forum, once this is complete maybe can send them a copy of the files, let them play it and show them bloody hell how a soccer sim should be....
Cheers to the four of you....you guys spend time and effort so that others may enjoy....i hope u guys work for ea one day and actually earn $ for your efforts...and the rest of us...well...we'll just njoy your works....
