600 when installed. Saved games will add quite a bit:
Dutch leagues only --> 42 MB at the start
45 divisions: 145 MB at the start, grows to 170 after 3 weeks already.

Yes, that will save you a good 100 / 150 MB

Most computers have them. CM4 comes with Direct X 8 for you to install if you dont already have a better version.
