what is ME99

ME99 is another FIFA99 editor made by Tal Bereznitskey who also did FSH Flash and several other programs!

It was released before FEd99 was available and quite helpful then but since it's a DOS program and only the db files could've been edited it is no longer useful cos FEd99 can do so much more!!!
