I'm partial to a 3-5-2 and 4-4-2.

i haven't really experimented with many formations but i would also say 3-5-2 or 4-4-2!!!! depends on what players you have and also what your opposition plays!!!:f***:

I'd pick 4-4-2, though I wouldn't stick with just 4-4-2. I'm always making variations every match with my tactics so that they are mastered perfectly for my team. I use the other formations aswell to try and find a solid base but mostly 4-4-2.

A definite 4-3-3.

Different all the time for me so I chose other. Usually a 3-4-3 though. That works best with a few exceptions

I gotta say 4-3-3 works best for me. With offense being very offensive...

i mainly use 4-4-2 or 4-3-3

4-4-2 works dandy for me! Almost turning into a 3-4-3, but it's not..
using a offensive diamond in the midfield and a offensive defender. With agressive and offensive playstyle.
That's why im no#208 on ranking (H)

4-3-3 work best for my team also...

I tried 4-4-2 for some matches, but the players start complain and said they would leave the club...and when I got anonymous* mail I switch back to 4-3-3 and all players is happy ;)

* I have a suspicion that it was my topforward Joel Lundberg that sended the mail, but he deny it ;)

i know i put in 433 and 442 before but i have changed my strategy to a 5-3-2 and i havent lost a game all season.:)
