I ahve managed to make adboards for fifa98, but came to make them for 99 and when the game loads it crashes, this is using Tal Bereznitskeys FSH engine 2, I have tried to download fsh flash but cannot run it as I don't have the correct DLL files, How do I make the adboards I currently have them in .BMP format, if it is using FSH flash would someone put them in for me. Thanks

Thanks, but it is that I haven't got the file msvbm60.dll I think it's included with a version of Visual Basic, can anyone let me have it.
