What's the best program to edit jerseys. I know there's a program named Jed99, but it needs an other program. Which is the best program??????????????

Different programs work well for different people. I was told to use FSH_FLASH 99, but I had trouble with it, I am currently trying a couple of others, all the ones I use are in the utilities download section of fifa99.net. Good luck!

I use JEd99 as well as FSH Flash and the EA Graphics Editor but the most important program for me is still Paint Shop Pro cos I'm doing all the drawing and painting with it!
