Im playing as Farnborough, and i am in my 3rd season, and im mid-table Div. 3. The board told me they would expand the stadium at the start of the season, im now in Feb. and i havent heard anything! when will i know whats happened??

Also is it worth investing in youth development?

yeah, investing in youth development should improve your training facilities

as for the stadium problem, try asking them again :)

Or wait til the start of the new season :S

well I saved the game and just to see what happened, I had to give them 5 ultimatums before they chucked me out! They kept on saying that they appreciate what i did for the club etc etc.

Plus is there any way I can get a player to sign for me, even if they are happy where they already are?!?

Except giving them a huge wage/signing fee? Well... I guess you could get your status up by winning a lot of leagues and cups?

Well, if the other club is accepting the offer then just keep offering them a contract. I did it with Agahowa who "wanted to wait to the end of the season before deciding his future" after pestering him for about 4 months he finally excepted, and it was only christmas :)
