See I have the coach assigned to striking. Does this mean my players assigned to striking will go up quicker or what?

exactly, coaches speed up the improvements.

Currently some managers are trying to work out exactly how much they speed it up.

No coaches are interested in coming to me. That's ****ty. :(

Also, finances. I have a bank roll of 85,973GBP. How many youth players do you recommend I get each week, I am currently on 1 (1,900GBP)?

I have increased the stadium:
Capacity: 3100
Sitting: 500
Terraces: 2500
VIP: 100
Buildings:

What do you recommend I spend my pennies on?

You might want to put more players on training... as only one isn't going to do much.

All my players are on training. I only have one coach though. :f***:

im having the same problem i am training 3 players with 1 coach on each but nothing is happening, and the only way i can afford to keep my coaches is by expanding my stadium which i have just done

I have all my players doing training, at different parts of the pitch but I only have one coach assigned to train in shooting. Does this mean only players training on shooting will improve?

From what I have seen, players improve when training themselves, however, if you assign a coach to them, then they improve quicker.

I have 2 coaches at the moment, one on the way soon hopefully.

Ever seen players training by themselves? ;)
