I have seen that in most of stadiums of the Fifa 2003, the adboards are not rotational. In the Bernabeu if they are it. Is there some form of making all the rotational adboards?

Yes, you can change it with the ECP DBI editor or the old access editor.

It doesn't work for me in ECPDBI i had set rotaltingboard but no i get still boards in the game:(

Editing with Access, ECPDBI, etc. doesn't work for this because the rotation of the adboards is dependent on the stadium and is located somewhere in the 3D files for the stadiums and no one has yet figured out how to change this sucessfully. (:/)

I have edited with access the stall x_addBoardStyle, and I have put them the number 2 to all the teams, but the adboards continue without being rotational :(

Changing values will do nothing to solve this, aboards will only rotate if the stadium you are playing in allows for it. Rotation or no rotation depends only on the stadium the match is being played in, because the 3D files for each stadium determine if the ads rotate or not.
