Is it possible to move teams from one league to another? I know you can do that with FEd99, but will it work in the game (will the game crash)?

Here's what I want: I'd like to move two of the Swedish teams to the Rest of Europe section so there are 12 teams instead of 14 in the Swedish league. Is this possible?
