Can anyone tell me what program that I can use to see speech files (each players commented name in the game.)with?

My goal is to try & update the speech files for Fifa 99 but I need to know what speech files are for what players? Anyone having this critical info please drop me a line.

There is no way to edited the speech files, even fed99 doesn't support it :( (very strange, because fed2000 and fed2001 does)

Really Pierre...Both Fifa 2000/01 speech can be altered, what would you need besides the game & Fed 2001 to do this?
I don't currently play either game but am interested in the speech file alteration.
I'm assuming it is a relatively easy process?
