Is there anybody out there know how to extract the STR speech (players) files in FIFA 99, so I can exchange it with complete sounds in Fifa 97 or 98 (WC98 also)

The expected result : E.g : Ronaldo's name will be mentioned...

Please HELP ME!!!!
