How do you get all these hardcore young players while I have to play with a team full of geezers? One of my 34 year old defenders has 1 acceleration and 3 agility and his contract is "indespensible".

Well, if you follow a real life league and you know a few young players then it's impossible not to be able to get youth in your squad...

They are good in real life but not in CM4.

TECHNICALLY-he isn't, he's on a youth contract, so he can play professionally, but he can be taken away at any time by another club.

what about goran pandev for inter his 18 and plays good for me.

yes i managed to get freddy at leeds utd! first time work permit was accepted. perhaps it was just luck! but i need to play him as a sub or else his work permit will not stay close to 100 per cent. by the way, what is the per cent that it needs to stay above? does anyone know?

Don't bother with the HH/CMFAQ or any cheat schedules. Go to CMGreece and in the forums there is an English bit with a great training schedule. Do a bit of your own as well, e.g. a schedule with all the light blue ones (closing down etc) with overload and you get the stats to improve, even if there isn't a green arrow every week.

He's class on my game, but he has no caps! He always gets called up but the manager plays another cr*p player instead. :f***:

Yeah, he appears immediately. It might be large database, or medium.

Never mind, I found him. He signed for me and we won our appeal so he is currently on the Blackburn reserves, however, my team sucks so bad that I may just bring him up to the first team.

Sign him, offer him to Borussia Dortmund on a free, then after a year, sign him back.

Works for any nation that doesnt need work permits.

So, if your an English club, it wont work, but you can still sign him.

he is almost as good as v/d vaart when he gets 23

I got James Milner on a £45K per week contract, and then when I updated his contract (he's a youth player at the start) I reduced it to £9K. Nice. (H)

I pay Paim £900/week.

I got Milner (in another game: PSV) on 15000 a week.
